                                                                    Why the Matanuska-Susitna Valley?

Anchorage, Alaska’s largest city is land locked and this is the only direction available for expansion.

The Mat-Su District is Alaska’s hottest region.  It is the 35th fastest growing area in the United States and the fastest growing district in Alaska.

The Knik Arm Bridge will increase this rapid population growth and ensure more residential and commercial development.  As the new bedroom community for Anchorage, Alaska, the crossing will create 1500 full time jobs during the four years of its construction.

Currently $650 Million Dollars has been allocated for this construction by private investors.

The economic stimulus is expected to create another 14,000 jobs ensuring that the Mat Su will continue to be one of the fastest growing areas in Alaska for decades to come.

Our borough is a unique combination of light, water and glacial silt.  Its micro mineralization makes this the home of some of the world’s largest vegetables.

When exploring our road system or our wilderness, you will be intrigued by the variety and vastness of opportunities.   It is a land nearly the size of Scotland; however, its resources are for the most part untouched.

The first block of land available is 30 parcels of gold claims that include the ownership of the land.  The claims are located in a working gold field in the Cache Creek area. This land is being marketed for $45,000 or more per parcel.  It is available wholesale for only $38,500.  A limit of five parcels per individual is in effect.  Over 50 additional claims are currently available. Alayeska Title Company will provide title insurance and transfer title to the buyer. At that time the balance of the sales price belongs to the China Company.  There will be no Alaska closing costs paid by the China Company.

AILC will provide sales material to the China selling company.  This will include, but not be limited to: DVDs and pamphlets showing the beauty of Alaska.  In addition pictures of the land will be provided.

The photo on the left shows the area, working gold claim, road and air field used to transport mined gold.  These claims border the landing strip for easy shipments.

Upon request, AILC will send speakers to China to talk about Alaskan opportunities and answer questions of potential buyers.  This is to be considered a one time trip.

Other land investments available at wholesale prices include residential and business property. A Property Management Company is available to manage the property for the investor.

Why Would Chinese Businessmen Choose to Purchase Alaska Property?

First, they are already interested in American property.  Tours are currently bringing them to California to find and purchase land.

Owning land in Alaska, the “Last Frontier,” is appealing!

The dream of having gold has always been motivating. Owning a Gold Claim is exciting in itself.  Plus, if the price of gold continues to climb, then each gold claim may become more valuable without development.

For the middle to upper level businessman, land ownership is a symbol of status.  It is difficult to find affordable property in China (with more people than available land).  This investment can increase his status for business growth.

An additional benefit is a business vacation.  He can go to Alaska to inspect his land and enjoy: the beauty, plus the hunting and fishing that Alaska is famous for.
